VoiceboxMD Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important:

It is you, the subscriber of VoiceboxMD’s responsibility to request cancellation of the service (subscription/membership) via voiceboxmd.com/cancel at least 24 hours before the new billing cycle. VoiceboxMD does not issue refunds.

Service begins as soon as you press the “Start Free Trial” button or when your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without a notice of renewal until you cancel.

Refund policy

VoiceboxMD plan purchases are non-refundable. The plan you select is yours for the length of the subscription, even if you decide to cancel it. For example, if you decide to cancel midway through the yearly subscription, there are no refunds for the remainder of the term. 

Automatic renewals

By default, your VoiceboxMD purchase is set to automatically renew at the end of your subscription. Based on your preference, VoiceboxMD will attempt to remind you of your upcoming renewal via email, but cannot guarantee its delivery since email providers may block or flag it as spam.

Cancel your subscription

You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please visit voiceboxmd.com/cancel.

Cancellation of your free trial: You must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of your trial. If you cancel within the advertised trial days of your initial order, there will be no charge. You will no longer be eligible for a free trial in the future.

Cancellation after the advertised trial period has expired: If you cancel after the advertised trial period has expired, your payment is non-refundable (this applies to both monthly and annual plans), and your plan will continue until the end of your next billing period, at which point it will be automatically cancelled and no further charges will be incurred.

Upgrades

At any point during your subscription, you can upgrade to any other plans. You’ll upgrade to your new plan level immediately, and your credit card will be charged prorated.

If you purchased a subscription under the old pricing plan, you can renew your subscription until you choose to upgrade or until your payment information expires.

If the auto-renewal fails, a seven-day grace period will be added to your subscription so that you’re able to update your payment information. During this grace period, you won’t lose access to anything in your VoiceboxMD Profile.
