RXNT Dictation Software
Talk instead of typing in RXNT, in the chart and everywhere else you work. One flat price per provider, no per-note charges, and nothing to configure in RXNT.
A Price You Can Put in a Budget
Dictation is often sold by the note, the minute or the line, which means the bill goes up on exactly the weeks you are busiest. VoiceboxMD does not work that way. You pay per provider per month and dictate as much as you like.
The practical version: a provider who dictates every note all month costs the same as one who tries it twice. That makes it a decision you can make once rather than a number you have to watch.
Where It Types
| Where you are | What happens |
|---|---|
| Clinical notes in the EHR | Speak the note, it appears in the box you are in. |
| Practice management and scheduling | Appointment notes, internal comments, anything you type. |
| Billing screens | Notes to your biller, claim comments, appeal letters. |
| Everything outside RXNT | Referral letters in email, portal messages, forms on other sites. |
The rule is simple: if you can type there, you can talk there.
Why RXNT Practices Use It
One flat price, no matter how much you dictate
$49 per provider per month to start. Not per note, not per minute, not per line. A busy Monday costs the same as a quiet Friday, which makes it something you can actually budget.
Nothing to switch on, in any module
You do not enable it per module or ask anyone for a key. It is a program on your computer that types where you are already typing, so the chart, the schedule and the billing screen all behave identically.
Survives your own upgrades
Because there is no connection between VoiceboxMD and RXNT, an RXNT release cannot break it, and neither can moving to a different system later. Nothing to re-integrate, ever.
Accurate on drugs and codes from day one
More than 100,000 medical terms, drug names, ICD-10 and CPT codes across more than 100 specialties, with no voice training session before you start.
Add and remove providers yourself
Seats change from your account page and the bill follows. No minimum seat count, no annual commitment, and no call with a rep to add one person.
Mac and Windows, and your phone as a microphone
Native apps for both, plus an iPhone app that can act as a wireless microphone for the desktop so you can dictate while you move around the room.
Seven days free, and the price does not change with how much you use it. Install it, dictate a full day of notes, and see what it saves you.

Does VoiceboxMD work with RXNT?
Yes, on Mac and Windows. RXNT runs in your browser, and VoiceboxMD types into whatever field your cursor is in, so clinical notes, scheduling notes and billing comments all work the same way your keyboard does.
Will an RXNT update break it?
It cannot. VoiceboxMD has no connection to RXNT to break: it is a program on your own computer that types into whatever is in front of you. That is also why there is nothing to install or enable on the RXNT side in the first place.
How is it priced? I do not want per-note billing.
One flat price per provider per month: $49 for Essential, $79 for Power, $99 for Premium. There is no per-note or per-minute charge, no seat minimum and no annual contract, so the amount you dictate never changes the bill.
Our front desk and billers type all day too. Can they use it?
Yes, and that is a common setup: a licence is per person, not per role, so a biller writing claim notes or a front-desk coordinator writing scheduling notes gets the same dictation the clinicians do. Add and remove people yourself as the team changes.
Can it draft the note rather than transcribe it?
Yes, on every plan. Dictate a short summary after the visit and the AI structures it into a full note, or let the ambient scribe listen to the visit and draft it. You review and edit before anything is final.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. A signed Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan at no extra cost, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, recordings are deleted within 24 hours, and nothing you dictate is used to train AI models.
